Return Policy

We hope you're completely happy with your Sirus Colson Enterprise LLC purchase.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Sirus Colson Enterprise LLC will refund unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 days of your purchase.


DAMAGED ITEMS:

We are happy to replace any item that is damaged during the shipping process. Please submit images to support@siruscolsonenterprisellc.net


RETURNED ITEMS: We are happy to exchange or refund the cost of returned unused candles, but we are unable to cover the shipping costs. Please ensure that returned items are in new, unused, unburned, and resalable condition in the original box and packaging. Once received and approved, we will refund you for your purchase. We will deduct return shipping costs from your refund. Email support@siruscolsonenterprisellc.net to initiate the return process.
